Of course, you are under no obligation to proceed with any of our expert packages, but should you wish to do so, you’ll be entitled to a  package of support.

Closed for a total of five months across two lockdowns and under stringent restrictions when operational, many businesses have suffered substantially. Jo Kenny

Director at Curve Sales Solutions

Over a successful 30 year career, Jo has worked in operations, front lines sales and leadership roles for a range of leading brands within hospitality and tourism. Her employers include the likes of Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, Travelodge, IHG, De Vere & Village Hotels and Lime Venue Portfolio’s collection of unique and unusual destinations. Jo has provided venues all over the country with support such as bespoke sales training, people development initiatives and activities to drive enquiry levels.

Having led sales teams to success and secured a 2018 C&IT MICE Sales Team of the Year win; Jo secured a place for herself on the 2019 MIA (Meeting Industry Association) list for being ‘exceptional’. 

As the founder of Curve Sales Solutions, Jo supports hotels, venues and tourist attractions in driving top-line revenues. She has a passion for seeing teams succeed and believes that to stand out from the crowd keeping the ‘saw sharp’ is crucial.

Rebecca Baker

Director at Dynamize Marketing

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Rebecca has a wealth of marketing knowledge. She has played an integral role in driving business growth for major international companies including Mouchel and Mettis Aerospace, as well as a number of smaller SMEs and start-up firms.

Having achieved the status of one of the youngest Chartered Marketers in the world at the age of just 26, Rebecca completed another personal goal in 2019. Alongside her business partner, she launched her own marketing agency – Dynamize Marketing.

Rebecca is an expert in devising top-level strategies, delivering robust plans that enable business growth.

She is also an accomplished creative designer and bid writer – she previously wrote, managed and secured a major tender with Boeing Commercial Aircraft worth £26million.

Emma Aston

Client Manager at Dynamize Marketing

Emma has a wealth of experience developing quality, long-lasting customer relationships. 

Her career has seen her achieve success with both small and corporate-sized employers, meaning she has a unique understanding of the challenges sales teams face in both environments. As a result, her input into many of our campaigns around driving our clients sales revenue has proved invaluable. Emma was previously a Senior Account Manager at EE for five years, managing a team of 12 Account Managers and over 400 business customers.

Upon starting a family, she became self-employed and built her own home-based cosmetics business from scratch, turning over £50,000 a year. She built a loyal following of over 400 customers exclusively through Facebook. Emma therefore understands the importance of social media and your business page being a shop window for your brand.
